As CEO of Essence Patient Solutions, Nidal champions strategic collaborations among life sciences companies, health systems, payers, and patients, leveraging consumer-centric strategies and cutting-edge digital solutions to deliver measurable patient outcomes.

Known for his forward-thinking approach, Nidal excels at identifying opportunities to help life science organizations enhance patient experiences and improve healthcare delivery through innovative technology integration and strategic partnerships.   His work spans digital health, commercial innovation, population health management, and patient-provider engagement—consistently achieving meaningful impacts for patients, life sciences brands, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Previously, Nidal served as a Partner at IBM Watson Health Consulting Services, where he led groundbreaking initiatives in Population Health and Connected Care Solutions. He earned an Executive Master of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University's Joseph L. Mailman School of Public Health, underscoring his lifelong commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery, health care innovation, and patient outcomes, specifically while partnering with Life Science Organizations.
