Nik Kolatkar

Bio:

Nik Kolatkar is Vice President US Medical at Genentech where he is pioneering a new paradigm of ‘Precision Medical Affairs’ using advanced analytics and AI to localize care gaps, accelerate tailored evidence generation, deliver personalized content and education, facilitate real-time quality and safety management, and drive greater individualized care and wellness. Nik is a seasoned biopharmaceutical leader with two decades of experience in the US, UK and Switzerland within Genentech, Roche, and GSK. Nik is an endocrinologist who completed his fellowship training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine and served as Adjunct Clinical Faculty in Endocrinology at University of Pennsylvania. He holds an MPH from Harvard School of Public Health, an MS in Biophysics from Georgetown and BA in biology from Cornell. Nik is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and UK Royal Society of Medicine. Earlier in his career Nik was an entrepreneur who co-founded a digital health startup where he led the launch of the company’s initial product, secured patents, raised seed funding, and successfully delivered a priority health technology initiative for the US Department of Health and Human Services.
