Philip Jocelyn, MS, PA-C, is a clinician and clinician leader with more than 12 years of experience across emergency medicine, critical care, virtual urgent care, and Hospital at Home. He currently serves in a clinical leadership role at NewYork-Presbyterian and as Fractional Vice President of Clinical Product at Vital Audio, where he helps translate frontline clinical needs into practical digital health solutions. His work focuses on building and scaling clinical teams and designing workflows, products, and care models that work effectively for both patients and providers.
