Rachael Swan-Krasnoff, Senior Director of Creative Strategy and Partnerships at Ruby, iHeartMedia’s Branded Audio Studio, is dedicated to crafting impactful brand narratives. She has led the development of some of the studio’s most celebrated branded content, including campaigns for QuickBooks, Chase for Business, and pharma leader AbbVie, where she helped translate complex healthcare messaging into compelling, human-centered audio storytelling. As the key link between sales and production, Rachael ensures each partnership resonates authentically with its audience, often transforming branded content into both commercial and creative success.

Before joining Ruby, Rachael held strategic roles at Wondery and Spotify, managing high-value podcast partnerships across diverse verticals and facilitating onboarding for some of the platform’s largest acquisitions. Rachael brings a unique blend of strategic insight, creative prowess, and a passion for audio storytelling to her work, making her a sought-after expert in the dynamic landscape of branded content creation, particularly in regulated industries like healthcare and pharma. 

Outside of work, Rachael spends her time wrangling her two mischievous cats and an energetic mini bernedoodle who keeps life entertaining.
