Saad Saeed leads the technology organization for Global Commercial Analytics, AI Acceleration, and the Specialty Business Unit at Pfizer. He co-chairs Pfizer's Commercial AI Governance Council and has tracked value realization for an $800M+ AI portfolio, reporting results directly to the Executive Leadership Team.

Saad has built a forward deployed engineering model that takes AI initiatives from MVP to enterprise production, driving over $200M in commercial impact. He holds a Chief Data & AI Officer certificate from Carnegie Mellon University and has spent 20 years scaling technology and AI capability across commercial and medical functions of global pharmaceutical organizations.
