Sara Noonan

Bio:

Sara Noonan is a seasoned life sciences communications professional with nearly two decades of experience working in rare disease and oncology. Currently, Sara is the Senior Director of Product and Pipeline Communications for Servier Pharmaceuticals. In this role, Sara leads communications for the company's marketed oncology products, as well as its early-stage research and pipeline. Sara joined Servier in 2024 from Takeda, where she worked as the Director of Public Relations and Investor Relations within the Oncology Business Unit for almost a decade. Prior to these roles, Sara spent several years at communication agencies supporting clients in pharma, biotech and patient advocacy. Sara has deep expertise in communications strategy throughout a product's life cycle, as well as corporate communications, thought leadership, crisis communications, and has also been involved in the development of patient advocacy and ambassador programs in both rare disease and oncology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Emerson College.
