Sarah’s career in Medical Affairs spans 25 years and reflects a clear vision: to connect science with strategy and deliver measurable impact through collaborative, purposeful leadership. She has held senior roles across large pharma, mid-sized and early-stage biotech, and consulting—guiding efforts that support products from early development through commercialization. Her work with teams across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America has driven launch readiness, cross-functional alignment, and impactful medical strategy.
As founder of 8X Life Science Communications, Sarah works with Medical Affairs teams and functions to strengthen their influence—clarifying priorities, elevating communications, and enabling leadership with purpose. Her expertise spans the full breadth of Medical Affairs, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, evidence generation, communications, operations, and team development.
