Sarah Spencer

Bio:

Sarah is Vice President of Corporate Communications at Sionna Therapeutics. She is a seasoned executive communications leader with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences, spanning biotechnology, large pharmaceutical companies, and strategic consulting. Prior to Sionna, Sarah served as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Vor Bio. She previously held leadership roles at Audentes Therapeutics (now Astellas Gene Therapies), GlaxoSmithKline, Elan Pharmaceuticals and Rite Aid Corporation. Sarah also advised early-stage biotech companies on scientific storytelling and communications strategy as Founder of SJS Communications. She holds a B.A. in Communication and Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
