As Head of Marketing and Commercial Strategy for US Vaccines at Sanofi, Sriram leads a ~$4 billionbusiness across Flu, RSV, COVID, and Mainline (Pediatric and Travel Vaccines)
franchises. A futureforward thinker, he is deeply committed to expanding Sanofi's vaccine portfolio, empowering his team, and driving the omnichannel transformation.
Sriram is a leader with distinct global and country experience which includes previously serving as global strategy head, global franchise head and country general manager in the US, EU & Emerging Markets (Turkiye, Philippines, India) at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Novartis and McKinsey.
In his previous role as Country President & General Manager of GSK Turkiye, responsible for the full portfolio of Vaccines, General Medicines, Specialty & Oncology/Hematology products, Sriram led the transformation of the business accelerating the portfolio, digital and cultural shift in the organization amid a challenging external environment.
Sriram has deep experience and expertise in US health systems, leading launches, reimbursement strategy and early pipeline commercial efforts.
Outside of work Sriram loves his busy weekends exploring and traveling with his wife Sangita, children Dhwani (17) and Aditya (15) and fur-baby, Laddu (5).
