Stephanie Hunter-Banks

Bio:

Stephanie Hunter-Banks, PharmD, CPTD, is a dynamic keynote speaker, pharmacist, patient, caregiver, coach, and learning enthusiast with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of building innovative, learner-centric strategies that elevate medical capabilities and enable scientific impact. She’s currently the Head of Commercial and Medical Excellence and Leadership Development at Jazz Pharmaceuticals.

Stephanie’s leadership journey also includes roles at UCB, Shire, and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, where she led cross-functional teams in medical training, patient experience, and stakeholder engagement. A PharmD graduate of Florida A&M University, Stephanie also completed a post-doctoral residency in Drug Information and holds certifications in psychometric analysis, talent development, and coaching.

Beyond her corporate contributions, she’s is a passionate community leader, serving on the Governance Board for the Marietta City High School College and Career Academy, Advisor to the HBA Circle of Advisors Program, Board Member of the University of North Georgia’s Women in Leadership Program, Chair of the Southeastern Region Education and Training Committee of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. serving 5,000 members in six states and participates in various civic initiatives across the Atlanta metro area. She is a past President of the HBA Atlanta Chapter and former Chair of the Healthcare and Biotech Partnership of the Cobb Chamber.
