Bio:

Talitha Lynch is Founder of Vantage Point Growth Partners and a global life-sciences executive with 25 years across R&D, Commercial, and Operations. A former AbbVie Vice President and Eli Lilly leader, she works with biotech and pharma on portfolio and pipeline strategy, medical affairs, business development scenario planning, launch readiness, and the governance and operating models that turn strategic decisions into execution. Her experience includes clinical development leadership in Japan and China, with therapeutic depth in cardiometabolic disease and obesity, oncology, immunology, and neuroscience. She is a board-certified Registered Dietitian with an MMSc from Indiana University School of Medicine.
