Bio:
Tatiana Sorokina is a commercial AI and data science executive with over 15 years of experience building and scaling analytics functions across the pharmaceutical industry. She currently leads a large-scale AI transformation of the clinical data science organization at Novartis, embedding AI-driven capabilities into regulatory workflows. Previously, she led data science and AI for Novartis' global commercial organization, driving adoption of AI capabilities across customer segmentation, targeting, omnichannel journey orchestration, content creation, and effectiveness measurement. Prior to Novartis, Tatiana was Head of Data Science at Prognos Health, where she led real-world evidence analytics across 100M+ patients and 50+ therapeutic areas. She holds M.Sc. in Marketing Science from Columbia Business School and B.Sc. in Economics from Moscow State University. She also serves on the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association.
