Taylor Salinardi joined SynOx Therapeutics in 2026 as the Vice President of Global Medical Affairs, bringing over 15 years of experience driving scientific strategy, stakeholder engagement, and therapeutic innovation across global pharmaceutical companies.
A seasoned Medical Affairs leader, Taylor previously served as the Vice President of Medical Affairs Operations & Excellence at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, where she provided strategic leadership across the Global Medical Affairs team and oversaw launch excellence across 10 therapeutic areas. In her global leadership role at Azurity, Taylor led the development and execution of integrated medical strategies that supported successful launch readiness, high‑quality evidence generation, and scientifically rigorous engagement with external stakeholders. Her work focused on enabling Medical Affairs to operate as a highly strategic function across the product lifecycle.
Additionally, Taylor brings broad leadership experience across Medical Affairs, overseeing Global Scientific Communications, Medical Information, Field Medical Excellence & Training, Stakeholder Engagement and Medical Education within both small and large pharmaceutical companies.
Taylor earned her PhD in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from Tufts University, an MS in Human Nutrition from Columbia University, and a BA from Bowdoin College, where she graduated with Latin honors and Phi Beta Kappa.
