Tim Mikhelashvili is a senior pharma leader with over 20 years of experience in Field Medical Affairs across 7 large, small and specialty companies, author of late-breaking head-to-head and proof-of-principle, mechanistic publications that directly transformed product launches and startup pharma companies. He serves as CEO of Amedea Pharma, an agency focused on bridging the gap in analytics between performance and behaviors with Operational Intelligence technology and holds an MIT Certification in Leading Organizations and Change.

Tim’s previous contributions span building new Learning and Development capabilities across multiple therapeutic areas, transformation of operational efficiency throughout major launches and mergers, management of company culture initiatives, CRM optimization, Medical Insights systems implementation and training, mentorship and leadership development programs.

He is an industry innovator and entrepreneur, host of the @Alloutcoach leadership podcast and annual global healthcare ideation competition, Medical Innovation Olympics since 2022.
