Tony Dale

Tony Dale is Executive Vice President, Life Sciences, of RxVantage, the modern way providers and life sciences companies connect, where he leads the company's Sales & Business Development teams. As a recognized industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, Tony has built and led high-performing teams at market-leading organizations serving both life sciences and hospitals/health systems customers across a unique breadth of strategies and solutions including; digital education & media, omnichannel, HCP social, insights/research, and SaaS-based platforms.

Prior to joining RxVantage in 2026, Tony served in senior leadership roles at Sermo, Inc. as SVP Global Commercial Development, MedPage Today as Chief Revenue Officer, Healthgrades, Inc. as SVP Sales, and WebMD Medscape as Group Vice President.

Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Arizona.
