Bio:
Grace is Director of Applied Intelligence & Analytics at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she leads enterprise AI capability development for the U.S. Commercial organization. In this role, Grace drives zero-to-one digital transformations that bridge advanced data science with commercial strategy. Her team builds and scales production-grade AI solutions—including agentic workflows and predictive machine learning architectures—that optimize healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and deliver a measured 2–5% annual top-line lift across major national brand portfolios.
Grace brings over a decade of diverse experience spanning biotech innovation, management consulting, and biopharmaceutical analytics. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded cross-functional data science initiatives, established MLOps standards in highly regulated environments, and translated complex algorithms into high-impact commercial operations. Grace holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a B.S. in Biological Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
