Zac Bohlen

Bio:

Zac Bohlen is an accomplished commercial healthcare executive with more than 25 years of success across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and specialty pharmacy. Throughout his career, he has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility spanning sales, sales leadership, market access, business development, and general management.

Recognized for his strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and consistent leadership, Zac has built and led high-performing commercial organizations by fostering accountability, developing talent through positive coaching, and leveraging an entrepreneurial mindset. He has successfully designed and scaled multiple national sales and account management teams and brings extensive experience in U.S. rare disease product launches across oncology, neurology, immunology, metabolic disorders, and nephrology.

Most recently, as Vice President of Sales at Cycle Pharmaceuticals, Zac led sales, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, and commercial strategy for the company's branded portfolio. During his six-year tenure, he helped launch 10 products and a patient innovation support hub, while building the company's sales organization from the ground up and guiding the team through multiple phases of expansion, reorganization, and rapid business growth.
