Zach Shapiro is EVP of Strategy and Growth at Relevate Health, where he leads omnichannel solutions that connect commercial strategy, data, and technology to drive real health outcomes, customer engagement, and business results. With 15+ years across leading agencies and life sciences consultancies, Zach has helped global pharma brands — including Pfizer, GSK, and J&J — modernize their go-to-market capabilities and engage HCPs and patients in more meaningful ways. He is a recognized industry thought leader on omnichannel marketing, AI, and personalization at scale. Zach is a Binghamton University School of Management alumni and lives in Florida with his wife and three kids.
