Andrea Preuss

Bio:

Andrea Preuss serves as the Executive Director of Field Reimbursement, Strategy & Operations at Endo, Inc. Guided by an unwavering commitment to improving patient outcomes, Andrea leads a team dedicated to ensuring that patients can access the medications they need without unnecessary barriers. 

In her role, Andrea is focused on delivering comprehensive support services that put patients and customers at the center. She is driven by a passion for finding new ways to meet today’s reimbursement challenges. For instance, Andrea championed the use of artificial intelligence to identify trends in treatment access and payor coverage and better assist patients. 

Andrea’s commitment to excellence and tireless spirit earns her respect and adoration both at Endo and externally. Earlier this year, she was recognized as a Luminary by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. 

Before joining the company, Andrea held reimbursement and sales leadership roles at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals and Oscient Pharmaceuticals. She began her career in sales at Eli Lilly and Company. Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
