The Rising Stars Program supports emerging professionals across marketing, commercial, PR and communications, and medical affairs to offer participants the opportunity to learn the core fundamentals of each discipline, gain exposure to the broader commercial and medical ecosystem, and understand how collaboration across functions drives innovation and impact.
This program is specifically designed to cultivate community, extend a warm welcome to new members, and foster personal and professional growth through mentorship within the industry.

Applicant Criteria
- You must be actively employed as a Marketing, Medical Affairs, PR & Comms or Commercial/New Product Planning professional at a pharma or biotech company
- You must have less than 3 years’ experience in your current role or a related job function
- Your current position is not above the level of director
- You must be a first-time Fierce Pharma Week attendee
- All applications submitted are subject to review and will be accepted at the discretion of the Fierce Pharma Week team
- Only 2 applicants per company per community will be accepted into the Rising Stars Program
- Please list an Executive Sponsor as a reference for your eligibility as a Rising Star:
- As a participant in the Rising Stars Program, you agree to make three separate social media posts highlighting your inclusion in Fierce Pharma Week.
