Eirasmin Lokpez-Cobo is an award-winning transformation executive, AI strategist, and cultural intelligence leader helping organizations navigate the future of growth at the convergence of technology, culture, and human experience. As Head of Cultural Intelligence & Transformation at República Havas/Havas Miami, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate cultural intelligence, AI innovation, and organizational transformation to drive business performance and meaningful impact.

In this role, Eirasmin oversees the vision and development of the Cultural Intelligence AI Product Suite for República Havas/Havas Miami and the global Havas network, creating scalable intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making, insight generation, and audience engagement.
