Francesca Dellelci

Bio:

Francesca Dellelci is a senior communications leader with deep expertise across biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, including roles of increasing responsibility across corporate affairs. She specializes in strategic communication and transformation—moments of inflection, crisis, or growth. Currently, she serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Sage Therapeutics, where she leads enterprise communications strategy and corporate reputation.

Francesca’s career spans both global and U.S.-focused roles at Roche (Spark Therapeutics), GSK, and DuPont, where she has guided leaders and teams through high-impact milestones grounded in clear, trust-building communication. Francesca also has experience in advocacy, investor relations, and public policy communications. She is currently advising on new ventures in the life sciences space. Francesca is a member of CHIEF and serves on the Board of Trustees for a nonprofit theater organization.
