Bio:
Gregory LeCleir is the Head of US Patient Marketing – Uro-Oncology at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where he oversees the development of a patient marketing and advocacy platform for the launch and early life cycle of a novel gene therapy. In this role, he is directly responsible for the development of a CRM program for patients and caregivers, as well as the development of a digital ecosystem designed to empower patients to be an integral part of their healthcare journey.
Gregory, a US Army veteran, has held roles in pharmaceutical sales, sales leadership, conventional HCP and patient marketing, global patient advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Over the past 30 years, his experience includes the launches of over 15 pharmaceutical products across numerous therapeutic areas in primary care, rare disease, and ultra rare disease. He has previously worked at Pfizer, Biovail, Schering-Plough, Merck, Biogen, and Bayer in global and US roles.
Gregory is pursuing his MPH from the George Washington University, Milken School of Public Health with a focus on patient epidemiology and health policy and literacy.
