Jennifer McIlvaine, MBA

Bio:

Jennifer McIlvaine is Marketing Director, Immunology, at CSL Behring.  Jen has 25 years of experience across pharma, biologics, and medical device in both US and Global roles. Jen is known for strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and being an authentic leader.  She has a passion for building a positive culture and delivering meaningful work for patients.

Jen has delivered results in all stages of pharma life cycle from Phase III to growth to LOE, including multiple product launches in biopharma, medical device and in biotech equipment.  In 2018, she was honored as a Top 25 DTC Marketer of the Year by DTC Perspectives.  The experience Jen has spans across more than 15 disease states and all channels of marketing (HCP, patient, payer), but she has personal passion for pediatric cardiology, biologics, developing people, and delivering meaningful work to improve the lives of patients.

Jen earned a MBA from Villanova University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.  She lives in NJ with her husband and boys.  She enjoys teaching fitness classes in her spare time and cheering for her kids at local sporting events.
