Kenton Morneau is Senior Vice President and Chief Data Officer at TerSera Therapeutics, a PE-backed specialty pharmaceutical company focused on oncology and rare disease. He leads TerSera's shift from a centralized IT function to a business-embedded data and AI operating model, where commercial, medical, finance, and analytics teams share direct ownership of the data products, AI tools, and decisions that drive the business — including pricing, contracting, and commercial reporting.

Kenton has built the natural-language data interfaces and governance foundation that let teams move quickly without compromising enterprise standards, backed by a data governance and master data management program with enforced access and quality controls, and his own long-standing ownership of enterprise security governance.
