Bio:
Maria Menounos is a 2x New York Times bestselling author, Emmy Award-winning journalist, and global leader in health on a mission to ignite a healing movement, encouraging us to become the CEO of our health. After surviving a brain tumor, pancreatic cancer, developing diabetes, battling infertility, and caregiving for her mother during her own fight with a brain tumor, Maria turned her personal health journey into the fuel that is changing how the world approaches health for the better.
As the founder and host of Heal Squad, Maria brings together top experts, thought leaders and inspiring healing stories to create a space for health exploration; where anyone, anywhere in the world can access the knowledge and tools to support their healing. Through her experience, Maria advises hundreds of people diagnosed with brain tumors and other diagnoses behind the scenes, offering them hope and guidance from her own experience.
Her passion lies in helping people become their own health investigators, trusting their intuition about their bodies, and educating them on how to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western health practices. She encourages everyone to lean into possibility and not commit themselves to the “limits” of their illness or diagnosis. Anything and everything is possible.
