Morgan Sanford

Bio:

Morgan Sanford is Vice President, Investor Relations at Agios Pharmaceuticals, where she leads the company’s global investor engagement and disclosure strategy. In this role, she is responsible for communicating Agios’ scientific and strategic progress to the investment community, including earnings, major data readouts, business development activity, and corporate positioning.

She brings experience across investor relations, executive leadership, and capital markets. Prior to Agios, Morgan led U.S. Investor Relations at AstraZeneca and served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where she also held investor relations roles prior to the company’s acquisition. Earlier in her career, she covered U.S. specialty pharmaceuticals on the sell-side at Barclays and held roles at Allergan focused on pricing and reimbursement. Morgan earned a degree in Neuroscience from Hamilton College and holds an MBA from the NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
