Andy is a leader in ZS’s BD, Pipeline, & Launch Strategy practice. He has 9+ years of healthcare consulting experience with extensive project work in issues related to strategic choices and commercialization of novel therapeutics. Andy’s expertise spans across corporate strategy, asset strategy, sales and marketing (incl. organization design), and launch readiness. Andy’s consulting efforts have helped clients drive successful new product launches, identify and enter new categories, and experience sustained growth once in-market. Andy has experience across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas including immunology, oncology, rare disease, specialty, mass market, medical device and technology, and consumer health.
