Lori D. Parisi
Vice President, Global Medical Affairs, Hematology
Bio:
Lori Parisi is currently Vice President, Global Medical Affairs, Hematology. She leads a team of Global Medical Affairs Leaders across multiple disease areas, including B-cell Malignancies, Multiple Myeloma and Myeloid Malignancies, encompassing 5 globally marketed compounds and several in early development. In this role she shapes portfolio and asset medical strategies, including worldwide evidence generation activities, to grow J&J’s industry-leading hematology portfolio of products and champion worldwide medical adoption of our transformational therapies. When she’s not making PowerPoint slides, she’s focused on developing and leading a high performing, diverse team of Global Medical Affairs Leaders.
Lori began her career with Johnson and Johnson an Oncology sales representative for Ortho Biotech. Since then, she has more than 20 years of medical affairs experience within J&J, including US and Global roles across Oncology and Infectious Diseases. Most recently, she was the Senior Global Medical Affairs Leader for IMBRUVICA, a transformational therapy for B-cell malignancies. Prior to joining the Oncology Global Medical Affairs team, Lori worked for 10 years within the US Medical Affairs organization leading publication strategy, medical education and philanthropic giving in HIV and Hepatitis C.
Lori graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering and earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University.
